Privacy policy

The folks in the nice suits said we needed a policy. We gave them a short one. This is that short one.

CodesThatWork publishes coupon codes and deal notes. When you browse, we collect the usual server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site up and to see which stores people actually use. You do not need an account to shop here.

Thumbs on an offer are stored in your browser so we do not count the same click twice. Clear the site data and that note is gone. We do not require a login for that.

When you tap Get code or Get deal we record that you left for a store: which store, which offer, and whether you came from a regular page or an ad. We use that to keep the site running. The store you land on may set its own cookies after you leave CodesThatWork.

We do not sell lists of shoppers. We share the minimum needed with the company that hosts the site and the networks that pay us when a hop turns into a sale. Email hello@codesthatwork.com if you have a question. This policy applies to codesthatwork.com.
